The front office staff is amazing, except for the office manager, she is extremely nasty. I believe it is her who took a phone call from someone who was angry with me, and instantly the office stopped writing my prescriptions...this is a HIPPA violation. I have had to find a new primary physician and must say that I am not as happy as I was with Dr. Palowski, but because they cut off all of my medications based on a phone call, and never let me know why, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
