At this point I've only booked for a pick up for tomorrow night. I was pleased at the professional service, in particular the details provided -- exactly where the car would be for pickup, what it would look like, etc. The operator took my inbound flight information, too, giving me a warm fuzzy that they'll be tracking my flight and hopefully be there if I'm delayed. The fact that they could quote a flat rate for my trip across the Canadian border also helped give me a sense that they're capable. Sadly, I must say I've come to expect little in terms of politeness from New York taxi service -- seems they have a "rude New York" image to maintain. Maybe I expect too much? :) So getting an Exceptional rating from me wasn't too hard. My first impression is that these guys are solidly on game. If they keep up the good work, I'll be truly impressed!
