I usually use other companies but their drivers were all busy, so I had to call this one. Whoever piked up the phone was really rude. I tole him I'm on the north campus. He asked me where on the north campus, so I said "Flint loop." I guess he doesn't know where the Flint is, so he asked me again where I am. He was almost shouting at me at this point, because I apparently misunderstood his question couple times (but it was SERIOUSLY hard to hear him!). I was very frustrated myself too, trying to figure out what he is saying, trying to explain where I am. When I said "Flint loop" for the second time, he just hung up the phone!!! How can HE hung up on ME when I was trying to be patient with his lack of geographic knowledge? How rude and impatient is that!???

new to this area. phoned up this company for airport shuttle from my apartment. The operator was extremely rude and gave me a hard time. He spoke in a mumbling manner and kept shouting at me whenever I asked a question. If they don't want customer, just don't pick up the phone.
