RENTER BEWARE!!

Unless you want to be robbed of your money, treated like garbage, be taken advantage of, and have your belongings taken from your apartment... DO NOT RENT FROM ADCO! The landlord and staff are incompetant and care only about money. I had a terrible experience at their apartments... and so did TWO of my friends (so I'm talking about THREE of their properties!)! Not only them, but their subgroup of Buffalo Alarm are incapable idiots who opened their van doors into my friends car so many times, she had little white dents everywhere! The landlord's response? Give her a gift certificate to Delta Sonic. Because a car wash will remove dents. Sure. They are awful... and with so many nice apartments in the Buffalo area, people should BOYCOTT ADCO PROPERTIES!! I can't stress it enough, and I don't want to see anyone go through what my friends and I did, and I'd love to see these people be forced to shut down. They should really be investigated by the Housing Authority. DO NOT RENT FROM ADCO PROPERTIES!!!!
